Our Leadership Team

Loren Laschanzky

Loren is an experienced Construction Manager with over 20 years in the construction industry. Loren prides himself on being a servant leader. His experience includes scope management, cost management, ground-up construction, design/build concepts and remodeling of existing properties. Building relationships with clients, creative thinking and upholding transparency throughout the construction process are of utmost importance to Loren.
When not in the office, Loren loves spending time with his wife Kim and their son Peyton, which the “P” in our company was named after. Coaching his son’s youth sports, golfing and fishing are a few of the places you can find him!

Jo Wendt

Jo has over 25 years of experience as a Construction Manager, working in a variety of construction fields. He has a thorough awareness of current expenses, trends, and new innovations in the building and real estate industries. Jo is a proven leader with a track record of building businesses and assisting others in growing theirs. Relationship building, value engineering, design-build concepts, construction processes, entrepreneurship, and thinking outside the box are just a few of the skills he employs on a daily basis.

Jo enjoys spending time with his wife Kristin and their three growing children, Makenna, Kinley, and Kyler, who make up the “Makinler” part of our company name. He can also be found on the golf course whacking the little white ball and coaching the various sports teams his children are a part of.
